With years of experience in contract writing, budget analysis and management of multi-contractor construction projects, Jim is an invaluable resource.
Rosario (ROZY) Lindia P.Eng • Project Manager Special Projects
Rozy is a Professional Engineer with over thirty years experience in project management. He has a proven track record in meeting project and cost objectives, while ensuring quality control. He is recognized as creative and entrepreneurial with the talent to resolve complex technical and budgetary challenges with innovative and unusual solutions. He has always been able to meet client expectations, regulatory restrictions, while fulfilling business needs. He has an established reputation for strong communication and negotiation skills with: consultants, engineers, regulators, purchasers, trades and suppliers. He is successful in always structuring beneficial business and financial joint ventures. He has instructed in building science for various governmental agencies as senior instructor and has received many commendations in this regard.

David Jolliffe • C.E.T. • Building Restoration Manager
Dave joined Bassi Construction & Masonry Limited in 2008 and is the manager of our Building Restoration Division. Dave is a Professional Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) and brings with him over 10 years of consulting engineering experience in the construction industry. He specializes in the field of building sciences and building restoration. Dave's experience and expertise in building sciences, in-depth understanding of building construction practices and building system failure analysis, allows us to continue to establish and maintain excellent relationships with building owners and mangers in the real estate market as well as trade contractors, architects and consultants. Dave is responsible for business development and our on- going projects performance including: costs, schedule, quality and project status. David has lead and participated in the assessment, design and management of multi million dollar restoration projects including; parking garage rehabilitation, balcony restoration, building façade rehabilitation (EIFS, metal cladding, curtain wall, brick and masonry). Dave believes in putting the interests of our clients first and aspires to be the most respected contractor, renowned for excellence, leadership and unsurpassed value.

Steve Demauro • Senior Project Manager
Over 20 years of project management and construction operations
experience has enabled Steve to be a master in planning and task
execution. It is this specialized skill set that has made him an
invaluable asset to Bassi Construction. With a Bachelor of Commerce
degree majoring in management and finance, Steve's involvement in any
project ensures close attention to detail as well as identifying and
creatively solving problems before they arise. In addition, he offers a
complete understanding of all government legislations and health and
safety regulations, a crucial component in managing multi-million
dollar projects.
Jeremy Coe • A. Sc. T. • Estimator / Project Manager
Jeremy joined Bassi Construction and Masonry Ltd. as an Estimator
/Project Manager in May 2009. As a 2005 graduate of the Civil Engineering Technology program at Algonquin College, Jeremy learned the basics of both geotechnical engineering and building design.
Jeremy has 8 years of experience in the Geotechnical/Civil Engineering
field. His experience has given him the ability to meet projects on
time and on budget. As a member in good standing with the Ontario
Association of Technicians and Technologists, Jeremy understands the
value and responsibility of quality construction within today’s fast
paced and environmentally challenged environment.
Arnaldo (Arnie) Adamantino • C.A.T / Estimator / Project Manager
Joining Bassi Construction in 2011, Arnaldo brings with him 31 years of experience in Residential Design and over 24 years in Construction and Project Management. As a graduate of Algonquin College's Architectural Technologist program in 1980, Arnaldo has developed a unique ability to understand and interpret client visions while maintaining a sensitivity to budget and time line constraints. It is through his own methodology and attention to detail that he not only meets but exceeds expectations.
John Ramjit • B.Eng • Project Manager
John graduated with honors from Carleton University in 2007 earning a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Concentration in Management. After spending many years working in the construction industry in the GTA and Ottawa area, John joined Bassi Construction in 2011 as a project manager. He has a sound understanding of construction techniques, engineering principles and management practices and his greatest strength is the versatility that his education and experience provide. He is able to work on various types of projects and often apply creative solutions to complex problems. John works with an unparalleled focus on quality and the drive to get the job done on time and within budget, all while exceeding the client’s expectations.
John Bassi • President
John was introduced into the family business at an early age. His father emphasized the importance of a strong work ethic and morals into his son. John started working on the sites and learning every aspect of the business from the ground up. He gradually progressed into the office learning the administration and job costing of the construction industry. John graduated from Ottawa University with a Bachelor of Commerce and then returned to the family business. He now overseas the entire company and plans for the future growth of Bassi Construction.
Jeff Rockburn • Project Manager for Commercial Projects
Jeff came to Bassi Construction over 15 years ago with an extensive background in the Property Management field. His vast knowledge of building operation and construction has been a benefit to the Commercial Fit Up Division. Whether it's co-ordaining with sub-contractors, or organizing the professional in-house staff, Jeff ensures that all of Bassi Constructions' clients receive a quality product delivered on time.

Lino Bassi • Vice President and Project Manager for Masonry Projects
Lino learned the masonry trade and is a skilled craftsman. He has both the site training and the organization skills to manage masonry projects of any size, completing hundreds of homes each year. Ensuring that his division and all workers perform to their fullest, he insists that the quality and production level are at its highest. Lino also implements our safety policies and training programs for the apprentices as well as playing an integral part in the future growth of Bassi Construction.

Ben Fournier • C.E.T. • Project Manager
In January of 2003, looking to advance within the construction industry, Ben joined Bassi Construction Ltd. as an Estimator and Project Manager. In 1997, he graduated from a 3 year Civil Engineering Technology program at Algonquin College. During his schooling and continuing after graduation he worked in the Civil and Geotechnical Engineering side of construction providing him with a good understanding of Engineering Practices and Principles with a “do it right the first time” approach to any job.

Ben has 15 years of combined experience in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering and General Contracting, with a wide variety of general construction knowledge. His drive, determination and attention to detail ensure that every project meets the expectations of not only his clients but his own.
