1735 Riverside Drive, Parking Garage Restoration
The project was a major restoration of the building’s three level parking garage structure, which is combination of traditional cast in place reinforced concrete slab and precast tee slab construction. Key points addressed in the project were repairing the concrete damage caused by years of water infiltration and installing new waterproofing systems to ensure longevity of the repairs. We also updated the mechanical system including new exhaust fans, carbon monoxide detection system and new heating system.
