This 18,000 sq.ft. heritage building is a 4 story wood frame building consisting of 7 apartments in the basement and 9 apartments per top three floors totalling 34 units. The building also includes a shared laundry room and a storage/boiler room. This initial project was an insurance job with 3 phases of work. Each phase came with a separate building permit. Phase 1 was demo/abatement, Phase 2 was stabilization, Phase 3 was retrofit and revamp of the complete building, new security system and new finishes throughout the building. The project was completed on schedule.
