Bassi was hired to demoĀ theĀ interior spaceĀ as well asĀ restoreĀ theĀ exterior faƧade.Ā The scope of work included the demolition of theĀ pre-existing tenant fit up in order to open the space upĀ for the landlords leasing efforts. Upon completion of the first phase of work, Bassi was hired to install a new elevator & complete new washroom retrofits throughout the space.
